Our History
Hebei Zhongce Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. (ZCCI), with its headquarters located in Yuhua District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is a modern industrial and trade enterprise integrating R&D, production and trade. Since its establishment in 2008, we have been focusing on the field of cellulose ether and related special chemical products.
Relying on the core advantage of "integration of industry and trade", we have realized the full-chain layout from product R&D, large-scale production to global trade. Over the years, driven by technological innovation and based on stable quality, the company has gradually built a rich product system and improved market network, accumulated a good reputation in the domestic and foreign chemical raw material industry, and become a professional chemical product supplier.
Our Factory
Our production base is located in Jinzhou Industrial Zone, Hebei Province, which is an important chemical industry cluster in North China, with convenient transportation and significant advantages in raw material supply and logistics.
The factory covers a total area of 70,000 square meters, equipped with 12 fully automatic intelligent production lines, with an annual comprehensive production capacity exceeding 30,000 tons, focusing on the large-scale production of core products such as HPMC and RDP.
The workshop strictly complies with ISO management system standards, divided into raw material pretreatment area, core reaction area, finished product refining area and environmental protection treatment area, realizing standardized and intelligent management and control throughout the whole process.
Meanwhile, the factory is equipped with complete wastewater and waste gas purification systems, and all emission indicators meet national environmental protection standards, providing a solid guarantee for green and efficient production.
Production Equipment
Our factory has introduced advanced chemical production and testing equipment from both domestic and overseas sources, establishing an intelligent and high-precision production and inspection system.
Production equipment includes fully automatic raw material metering and mixing systems, closed stainless steel reaction kettles, high-speed centrifugal dryers, and fully automatic packaging lines, ensuring precise control and efficient operation throughout the production process.
Testing equipment covers laser particle size analyzers, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), rotational viscometers, infrared spectrometers, etc. These facilities enable comprehensive testing of key indicators such as raw material purity, viscosity, and stability. Full-process quality monitoring is implemented from raw material incoming inspection to finished product delivery, guaranteeing consistent quality for every batch.
