Safety inspections for stored construction chemicals must be conducted on a differentiated, periodic basis, tailored to the specific type of facility and its associated risk level. Clear regulations govern the inspection frequency for various equipment and systems, ensuring that the warehouse remains in a safe and controlled state at all times.

1. High-Risk Facilities: Inspected Once Every Six Months
Lightning Protection Systems: Designed to prevent fires or explosions triggered by lightning strikes, lightning protection systems located in environments with explosion and fire hazards (such as storage areas for flammable liquids) must be inspected once every six months.
If the warehouse stores highly toxic, flammable, or explosive chemicals-thereby qualifying as a high-risk facility-the requirement for a semi-annual inspection must be strictly enforced.

2. Core Fire Safety Systems: At Least One Comprehensive Inspection Annually
Building Fire Safety Facilities (including automatic fire alarm systems, automatic sprinkler systems, fire hydrants, etc.) *must undergo a comprehensive inspection at least once per year* to ensure they remain in good working order and fully effective.
Inspection records must be complete, accurate, and archived for future reference, serving as the basis for acceptance by fire safety supervisory authorities.

3. Critical Safety Equipment: A Combination of Daily and Periodic Inspections
Explosion-Proof Electrical Equipment: Daily oversight is the responsibility of the operating unit; equipment must be inspected at least once daily, with a primary focus on checking for aging wiring and verifying that the equipment is functioning correctly.
Combustible Gas Detectors, Toxic Gas Monitoring Systems, Ventilation Systems, and Static Electricity Dissipation Devices: These systems require periodic verification; it is recommended that they be calibrated once per quarter to ensure their sensitivity and reliability.
